Stills

Photographic architectural images with controlled composition, material accuracy and a clear visual position for each project.

Stills are usually the first thing a project needs from me, and often the deliverable that has to do the most work on its own. A single still can carry a listing page, a pitch deck or a whole marketing campaign, so it has to hold up under real scrutiny, not just look good scrolling past at a glance.

I don't work from a house style. Composition, material treatment and lighting all get worked out per project, because a quiet urban refurbishment and a coastal villa don't want to be lit the same way. Architectural CGI stills live or die on small decisions: where a shadow actually falls, how a material catches available light, whether a camera angle communicates real scale and proportion instead of just filling the frame with something pretty.

The work ranges from early concept imagery, produced before a design is even finalized, through to final photorealistic renders used across brochures, listing pages, print and social content. Some images need to feel aspirational and a little idealized. Others need to be close to indistinguishable from architectural photography, accurate enough that nobody questions whether the building exists yet.

Golden-hour warmth suits a hospitality concept in a way that does nothing for a discreet residential refurbishment, so the lighting and camera choices follow the brief rather than a fixed formula. Every still comes from an accurate 3D model of the actual design, not a generic stock scene dressed up to look site-specific, which matters the moment a client also needs an interior visualization, a virtual tour, or a full architectural film built from the same underlying scene.

When it's useful, stills get produced alongside cinemagraphs or virtual tours from that same 3D file, so everything a client ends up using stays visually consistent across every format and every channel it's published on.

If you're after architectural visualization, photorealistic renders or 3D imagery for a residential, hospitality or mixed-use project, stills are usually where it starts. The examples below show a range of how that's played out across different kinds of projects.
